Screen Printing Process

So what REALLY happens?

  1. You let us know what you need – product, colors, quantity – and we’ll provide a quote.
  2. Our designers create fresh artwork to meet your specs.
  3. You approve the artwork via e-mail or make corrections as needed.
  4. Your order goes into production.

    • We take the digital design and make screens.
    • Selected ink colors are run through the screens to print your design.
    • To cure the ink, we run it through a drying machine at 320 degrees.
  5. Your print job is done!

Lead Time

We prefer 2 weeks lead time on any screen printing order to ensure it meets your satisfaction. If you’re not satisfied, neither are we. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.
