Embroidery Process

So what REALLY happens?

1. You let us know what you need – product, colors, quantity – and we’ll provide a quote.
2. Our designers create fresh artwork to meet your specs (or you submit your logo).
3. You approve the artwork via e-mail or make corrections as needed.
4. Your order goes into production.
   
   
   • We digitize the design for sewing.
   • Our computerized embroidery machine sews your garments (up to 4 at a time).
   • We trim up the loose threads…
5. Your print job is done!

Lead Time

We prefer 2 weeks lead time on any embroidery order to ensure it meets your satisfaction. If you’re not satisfied, neither are we. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.
